Is procreate a good art program? Ive been thinking on getting it but i still havent decided, so is it worth buying, or is ibis paint a better option?

If you have the budget for procreate, then go for it :) Procreate is very different than ibispaint and takes time to get used to. If you’re interested in animating you should go for Procreate since it has an animation option. I used to use ibispaint years ago but I downloaded procreate and it took some time to get used to it. If you have any friends who have procreate, you can ask if you can try it out to see a demo
